Quality policy

The general management in representation of SIAM and the company itself, are committed to continuing improving and fulfilling all the requirements or expectations of all the parts involved.

This target is based on the following general points SIAM makes here as public:

• Set up objectives based on these general principles every year.
• Meet the legal requirements applicable to the environment, the product and the voluntary requirements that the company subscribes.
• Looking forward the complete satisfaction of the customer and other parties involved by fulfilling their expectations associated to their products, communicating the importance of meeting these requirements to the organization.
• Implement procedures and communication channels with our clients, suppliers and public administration related to our activities and their possible consequences.
• Improve our environmental practices avoiding pollution and reducing the environmental costs the company could cause.
• Give our team a complete training on technical, environmental and quality aspects.
• Periodically review quality and environmental systems to get these objectives and principles achieved.
