SIAM and in its representation, the Managerial team, assume and commit to continuous improvement of processes looking for fulfilling all the requirements of all parts.
This purpose is based on the following general commitments that SIAM wishes to make public:
- Establish objectives based on these general principles every year.
- Meet the legal requirements applicable to the product and the voluntary requirements that the organisation subscribe.
- Fully satisfy our clients and the rest of the parties through the fulfillment of the expectations associated to their products, communicating the importance of meeting these requirements to the organization.
- Implement procedures and communication channels with our clients, providers, public administration and public in general with regards to our activities and their possible consequences.
- Train appropriately our team on technical and quality aspects.
- Allocate the necessary human and technical resources to achieve a successful implantation and evolution of the system in place.
- Periodically review the quality system to get these objectives and principles achieved.
