You are still on time to give your opinion about changes in REACH, nanomaterials and poison center

The European Commission has launched a public consultation on an amended the European REACH Annex II. The main changes under discussion will affect the following topics:

• SDS modifications in order to align it with the GHS 6th / 7th Revised Editions (particularly section 9)
• Definition of the requirements for nanomaterials
• Clarify certain aspects on information issued by poison centres

The public consultation will remain open until 10th October 2019 in the following web. From this webpage it is possible to download the two draft (English only) and also send messages where to express comments that will be take into consideration for approving or not the new document. The comments need to be written in English and are published on the same webpage openly.
