ATP11 to the CLP Regulation

The 11th adaptation to technical and scientific progress (ATP) to the CLP Regulation had already been officially published by the EU Commission on 16 April.

The Regulation (UE) 2018/669 amends the Annex VI of the Regulation 1272/2008 (CLP), corresponding to the harmonized classification and labelling of hazardous substances, replacing some entries on tables 3.1 and 3.2. These classifications will apply from 1 December 2019 onwards.
