Entry into force of ADR 2025.

The ADR 2025 transitional period is over. As of July 1, 2025, ADR 2025 will be the only applicable regulation for the transport of dangerous goods. We say goodbye to the consignment note and start using the Transport Document in certain countries, such as Spain.

New name "Transport Document"

With the entry into force of the new ADR, the traditional "consignment note" adopts a new name and is now officially called "Transport Document" in those countries that had not yet defined it as such. This change aims to standardize terminology in the field of dangerous goods transport and improve clarity in logistics processes. Although its essential function remains the same - to serve as documentary proof of transport - the new name reflects a regulatory evolution and represents a step toward more precise documentation, aligned with ADR standards adopted by other countries.
