Chemeter incorporates AnyDesk as a new remote support agent to continue providing its customers with close, professional and always-available technical assistance. This tool reinforces the way Siam delivers support, ensuring controlled access aligned with the highest security standards, in line with ISO 27001 and the NIS2 Directive.

AnyDesk is a remote access tool that allows technical teams to connect to customer systems in a controlled and on-demand manner in order to carry out support, maintenance or incident resolution tasks. From now on, Chemeter will use AnyDesk as its new remote support agent, further strengthening the way Siam supports its customers on a day-to-day basis. Technical support is a core part of our services, and we rely on a team of professionals that is always available to respond to any need, offering different support options and ensuring that our customers are never left on their own.

A measure aligned with ISO 27001 and NIS2

The adoption of AnyDesk comes at a key moment for Siam, following the recent certification of our Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 and the reinforcement of our alignment with the NIS2 Directive. This update strengthens the security measures already in place, ensuring that remote access to systems is strictly controlled and restricted to authorized SIAM technicians only, preventing any unauthorized access and consolidating an information security management approach based on data protection, risk reduction and continuous improvement—particularly relevant in environments that handle sensitive information.
